Introduction

This privacy policy ("Policy") informs you of your choices and our practices in relation to your Personal Information (as defined below). In this Policy, "Food Frenzy Fight", "we" or "us" refers to Food Frenzy Fight Private Limited.

For the purpose of this Policy, "Personal Information" or "personal information" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access, or as otherwise defined under any applicable data protection law. This includes Personal Information relating to your use of our mobile games ("Mobile Games" or the "Game"); and (b) any dedicated Food Frenzy Fight websites which link to this policy ("Website"). When you use the Game, you accept our rules and policies which set out how we handle your Personal Information, and you understand we collect, process, use, disclose and/or transfer and store your Personal Information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not play the Game. If you change your mind in the future, you must stop playing the Game and you may exercise your rights in relation to your Personal Information as set out in this Policy.

When you carry out transactions through the Game or our authorised third party sellers or the different app stores;
Associated or linked accounts or other third-party applications: e.g. social media accounts linked to the Game, analytics information, information from advertisement partners;

If you are a user in India, we do not collect any of your financial information including any payment, bank account or billing details. We also do not collect any other sensitive personal data or information ("SPDI") as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or India) Rules, 2011.

Third Party Websites and Games

Note that the Games may contain links to websites or other services owned and operated by third parties. This includes games run by others that are embedded into our Website so they look like they are on our site, but are actually on the site of a third party developer. If you are playing a third party developer game, we notify you through a pop-up when you access the game. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of these third parties for information about how they use your information.

Children

Our Games are not intended for children under 13 years of age ("Children"), and we do not intend or knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from any Children in the Game. Where Children use the Game, they must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian, and we recommend that parents or guardians clear their browser cache of cookies and take all other steps highlighted in this Policy to minimise the data collected.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your Information to:

Provide you with the Game: e.g. perform our contractual obligation towards you to allow you to create an account, play the Game (including as a guest) and remember your progress, allow you to make Game-related purchases and maintain a record of such purchases.
Improve and monitor Game use: It is in our legitimate interests to improve our Games for our customers. When doing so, we may collect information we automatically collect or is generated about you when you play the Game, as well as non-personal information about your device.

Your Personal Information may be kept for as long as you are registered or using the Game and (i) the purpose for which that personal data was collected is being served by the retention of such personal data; (ii) retention is necessary for any legal or business purposes; and (iii) another legitimate interest warrants further retention of such personal data.

5. Overseas Transfer of Your Information

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored or processed outside of your country. In most cases, your Personal Information will be processed in Singapore, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. If you are a user in India, your personal data will be processed and stored in our servers in India or Singapore, and you hereby consent to such transfer and processing.

Restriction: You have a right in certain circumstances to stop us processing Information other than for storage purposes.

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Food Frenzy Fight Private Limited (hereinafter "Food Frenzy Fight" or "us" or "we") regarding your use of Food Frenzy Fight's games, websites and related services (the "Service"). Use of the Service is also governed by Food Frenzy Fight's Privacy Policy and other relevant policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any Food Frenzy Fight website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account on the Service (an "Account"). By registering for an Account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are age 13 (or the relevant "age of majority" where you live) or older.

BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. License

1.1. Grant of a Limited License to Use the Service

Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms of Service and any other relevant Food Frenzy Fight policies, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

The following restrictions apply to the use of the Service:

You shall not create an Account or access the Service if you are under the age of 13 (or the relevant "age of majority" where you live)
You shall restrict use by minors, and you will deny access to children under the age of 13
You shall not (or attempt to) purchase, sell, rent or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information
You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by us, or previously been banned from playing any Food Frenzy Fight game
You shall use your Account only for non-commercial purposes

Login Information and Your Account

You may be required to select a password for your Account or you may also use other credentials to access the Account ("Login Information"). You shall not share the Account or the Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you.

We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party's rights.

License Limitations

Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability for violations of applicable law.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Engage in any act that we deem to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service or make improper use of our support services
Use or take part in the use of cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service
Modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Service or any Food Frenzy Fight game without our express written consent
Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of the Service or otherwise act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience
Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts registered to others or to the computers, Servers, or networks connected to the Service
Upload, post, display, store, modify, update, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate
Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group, including our employees
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software
Solicit or attempt to solicit Login Information or any other login credentials or personal information from other users
Collect or post anyone's private information, including personally identifiable information

1.2. Suspension and Termination of Account and Service

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER REMEDIES, WE MAY LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE OR PORTIONS THEREOF IF YOU ARE, OR WE SUSPECT THAT YOU ARE, FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR FOR ANY ACTUAL OR SUSPECTED ILLEGAL OR IMPROPER USE OF THE SERVICE, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS (IN WHICH CASE ANY BENEFITS, PRIVILEGES, EARNED ITEMS AND PURCHASED ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT SHALL BE FORFEITED).

We reserve the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Service or a particular game or part of the Service at any time, at which point your license to use the Service or a part thereof will be automatically terminated.
